Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve physical function and independence.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate discharge goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers and connect them with support resources.
- Collaborate with care teams and advocate for patient needs.
- Provide age-appropriate care and follow applicable regulations.
- Apply clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and basic computer skills.
- Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Less than one year experience in Physical Therapy
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy Preferred
