Pay $26 - $32 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Days: Monday through Friday (specific days may vary). Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Requirements License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, X-ray / Radiography Certification Licensing: Active California RDA License, Coronal Polishing License, X-Ray Certificate, and CPR Certificate. Experience: someone with experience is preferred but NOT required; knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus. Soft Skills: Must be a team player with an outgoing personality who truly enjoys working with children. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite, Internet). Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of \"thinking outside the box\" to put young patients at ease. Job Description Provide high-quality chairside assistance for all pediatric dental procedures, including treatment in hospital settings. Perform clinical duties such as digital charting, taking X-rays, and coronal polishing. Educate patients and parents through clear, engaging oral hygiene instructions. Manage sterilization, patient station set-up/breakdown, and basic office upkeep. Oversee office supply management to ensure the clinical team is always prepared.
