$450–$500K base salary + generous bonuses
6 WEEKS of paid time off
$24K/year student loan repayment
$10K per year sign‑on bonus
$12K relocation
Full malpractice, license, DEA, CME, and credentialing costs covered
5% 401k contribution
Your Week
4‑day schedule — balanced clinic + OR
Bread‑and‑butter general surgery with heavy endoscopy
1 week of call per month with minimal call‑backs
EPIC EMR, 15–20 patients/day
