As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving various commercial structures. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building structures and grounds. Perform emergency preventive maintenance and document all maintenance activities. Build, dismantle, and repair structures including walls, roofs, glass, and facia. Collaborate with team members to interpret construction documents and understand project requirements. Ensure all tools are cleaned, stored, and maintained for safety and optimal performance. Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of relevant experience. Physical ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs. or more) and perform tasks such as climbing and stooping. Strong communication skills for conveying clear information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic math skills for calculations related to maintenance tasks.
