Home Service Inspector (Will Train)

Overview As an Orkin Home Services Inspector, you will use Orkin’s termite protection services to recommend solutions to customers. You’ll perform inspections from attics to crawl spaces and build trusted relationships to protect homes. Responsibilities Earn top wages, recognition and opportunities for annual awards trips. Serve as a problem solver for customers, using training to decide on best pest solutions. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes. Inspect interior and exterior of customer’s home. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations. Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad. Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers. Qualified applicants considered in compliance with applicable state and local laws. Physical Job Requirements Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work in various weather conditions.
