Project Manager/Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing custom residential construction projects in the Brevard, Lake Toxaway, and Asheville areas. Responsibilities Supervise all work performed on site Study plans and specs Identify and resolve on-site issues Communicate with subcontractors Order materials Ensure quality of materials and craftsmanship Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or field experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Bronco Construction Inc
