Project Manager

to oversee and drive projects that enhance operational performance, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role will manage multiple projects across our manufacturing operations — coordinating resources, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure successful execution from planning through delivery. Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with production goals and business objectives. Define project scope, resource needs, and objectives in collaboration with operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, communication, and timely completion of milestones. Manage budgets, cost tracking, and procurement activities, ensuring all projects remain financially on target. Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with MCG standards. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and drive continuous improvement. Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying issues early and implementing effective corrective actions. Support quality control and assurance processes throughout each project phase. Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives. Foster a culture of safety and ensure all project activities comply with company and OSHA standards. 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment required. ~ High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, and equipment installation or modification. ~ Experience managing capital projects, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives. ~ Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver projects within financial constraints. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or project management software preferred. ~ A Note to our Recruitment Partners:
