WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Work Location: 1702 S. Broadway, Marlow, OK 73055

Work Schedule: Four 10-hour workdays per week (4/10 schedule). 

Response Time Requirement:  Due to the operational and on-call responsibilities of this position, employees must reside within a location that allows for a 45-minute response time to the OMPA Fairview Yard.

Meal Per Diem: Employees traveling for qualifying work-related assignments are eligible for a $100 per day meal per diem.

Safety-Sensitive Position:  This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and random drug and alcohol screening.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Journeyman Lineman who:

• Has successfully completed a recognized lineworker apprenticeship program or possesses equivalent journeyman-level training and experience;
• Has experience constructing, maintaining and repairing overhead and underground electrical systems;
• Understands and consistently follows safe work practices;
• Is comfortable working at heights and in varying weather and field conditions;
• Can respond when needed to outages and emergency situations;
• Works well as part of a crew and takes pride in quality work; and
• Possesses a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL ).
