What You’ll Do Support full‑cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment screenings. Serve as the main point of contact for temporary staffing by coordinating with agencies, managing onboarding, and processing timecards and invoices. Maintain accurate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system while generating reports and tracking recruiting metrics. Coordinate onboarding and partner with the training team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Assist with HR reporting, surveys, and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality. What You’ll Bring Two or more years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role supporting a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in ATS or LMS systems preferred.
