- Connect with customers and recommend the best products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an awesome customer experience.
- Answer billing, service, and device questions.
- Be the friendly face of Optimum and work with a fun, supportive team.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of retail or sales experience.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology and working weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (where applicable).
