Requisitos:

  • 3+ años de experiencia como Líder/Supervisor de Concreto Precolado

  • Experiencia con concreto precolado, pretensado o colado en sitio

  • Capacidad para leer planos y dibujos de producción

  • Experiencia supervisando cuadrillas y manteniendo el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad de OSHA

  • Conocimiento en producción de concreto, colocación de varilla, instalación de moldes, aparejos y equipo pesado

  • Bilingüe (Inglés/Español) es una ventaja

Horario:

  • Lunes a Viernes

  • 7:00 a. m. – 4:30 p. m.

  • Se requiere tiempo extra según las necesidades de producción

Duración:

  • Permanente

Precast Leadman/Supervisor $2,200+ WEEKLY with OT

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Precast Leadman/Supervisor
  • Experience with precast, prestress, or cast-in place concrete
  • Ability to read blueprints and production drawings
  • Experience leading crews and maintaining OSHA safety standards
  • Knowledge of concrete production, rebar, form setup, rigging, and heavy equipment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus


Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 4:30pm (overtime required based on production needs)


Duration:

  • Permanent
