Why This Role Stands Out True autonomy + executive support (partner directly with VP of Operations) Lead a high-impact clinical + operational team Salary range $95K-$105K+ bonus structure + growth runway Mission-driven organization with clear values: Integrity, Caring, Quality, Service, Innovation, Team What You'll Do (At-a-Glance) Lead the Branch Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations Build and execute a local business plan Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts Build & Develop Your Team Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent Coach and develop staff for high performance Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture Drive Results & Patient Experience Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes Partner cross-functionally to grow market share Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery What You Bring Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required) 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level) Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities 3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 5 years) 401(k) with options for future planning Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (per policy) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance, legal assistance, and referral bonuses Growth & Support Clear path for career advancement Backed by experienced regional leadership Balance of independence + strong operational support Ready to Lead & Make an Impact?
