As a Companions / Babysitters, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and attention. If you have a big heart and a commitment to creating a healthy environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Provide attentive and responsible care for children in the family's home. Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being. Assist children with daily activities, including meals, snacks, dressing, hygiene, and other age-appropriate needs. Prepare simple meals and snacks for children as instructed by the family. Engage children in age-appropriate games, activities, crafts, reading, and playtime. Help maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning up after the children, organizing toys, and keeping children's areas tidy. Follow the parents' instructions regarding routines, schedules, and household rules. Provide companionship and encourage positive social and emotional development through conversation and interactive activities. Communicate with parents regarding the children's daily activities, behavior, needs, and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a consistent and safe routine for the children while in their care.
