Services include hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cardiac drips, emergency response stabilization, and post-intensive procedural care. The unit is committed to promoting optimal patient outcomes while supporting patients and families through critical and complex healthcare situations.A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role:Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needsInitiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findingsProvides age- and condition-appropriate nursing careCompletes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical recordDevelops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patientApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.One year of experience preferred new grads encouraged to apply and will be supported through our 1 year residency programASLS certification preferredWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
