Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to guide treatment planning

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists

Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines

Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

Active Illinois BCBA license.

Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or behavior technicians

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for family and team collaboration

Compassionate, patient, and solution-focused approach to client care
