Senior HR Business Partner

Partnering with leaders and employees across various departments, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will align people strategy with business objectives, providing HR guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, fostering trust through clear HR processes and leadership development Guide performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and organizational design to support a dynamic organization Collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to drive employee relations and career development initiatives Required qualifications 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner in fast-paced, scaling organizations Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to communicate complex situations into clear, actionable strategies Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging people metrics to design impactful talent strategies Experience supporting global, matrixed teams, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector
