Axia Women's Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our network in Pennsylvania. The LPN will triage patients, document in the EMR, assist with refills, and educate patients under RN/clinician supervision. Requirements include an LPN degree and PA licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year in a medical facility (OB/GYN preferred).
