Position Summary

Cohen Seglias has a position open in its Philadelphia office for an associate in our Labor & Employment Group with one to three years of experience.

• Employment litigation experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong academic credentials (preferably top 25% of graduating class and/or law review).
• Prior experience as a law clerk, litigation associate, or labor and employment associate.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania (New Jersey is a plus).
• Interest in management-side labor and employment law.
• Position is fast-paced and litigation-driven.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Our Labor & Employment Group typically staffs cases with one partner and one associate.
