- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates residing in or adjacent to Manhattan Beach are preferred.
