Direct Support Professional-Residential (3210)

Responsibilities Provide training and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of hygiene, eating, toileting, and community involvement. Responsible for working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors in a group home setting. Monitor health needs and provide transportation for individuals. Maintain facility cleanliness and prepare meals. Complete documentation in accordance with all applicable standards. Schedule includes working holidays, weekends and during inclement weather. Shift 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Rotation schedule Rotation schedule every other weekend Requirements Minimum Requirements M1: High school diploma or equivalent M2: Valid drivers license Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Annual Salary Range $33,596 - $57,965 Benefits Shift Differential: $2.00 2nd Shift, $3.00 3rd Shift 3% Increase for Certified Nursing Assistant Excellent Fringe Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services
