Team Leader - SAP Node.js

Join our team as a Team Leader – SAP Node.js, where you’ll drive the development of modern cloud-based applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on Node.js expertise with technical leadership, guiding a team to deliver scalable and high‑quality solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to building robust SAP ecosystems. Responsibilities Lead development activities using Node.js within SAP BTP, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in software development and clean design. Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects efficiently. Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation. Coordinate team activities, track performance, and support team development. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and delivery insights. Contribute to the set-up and continuous improvement of development processes and CI/CD pipelines. Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, future‑ready solutions. Requirements 7+ years of experience in SAP-related development, including SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, and Node.js. Proven experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring teams of 10+ engineers. Strong expertise in Node.js and solid understanding of JavaScript. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO, or similar. Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservices design principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience or knowledge of SAP BTP, HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java or Node.js). Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. #J-18808-Ljbffr
