Your Responsibilities:

Ventilator Management Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care for patients on ventilators, ensuring optimal respiratory function. Patient Monitoring Regularly assess patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and ventilator settings to ensure proper functioning. Administer Treatments & Medications Administer prescribed treatments and medications to ventilator-dependent patients. Collaboration with Healthcare Team Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Patient and Family Education Provide education to patients and their families about ventilator use, care techniques, and what to expect during the treatment process. Respond to Medical Emergencies Act quickly and efficiently in response to any changes in patient condition, including ventilator malfunctions or emergencies. Maintain Accurate Records Document patient care, ventilator settings, and any changes in condition as required.

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN License Must be active and in good standing. Experience with Ventilator Care (Preferred). CPR & ACLS Certification. Strong Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills. Compassionate & Patient-Centered Approach. Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills. Ability to Work Independently in a High-Pressure Environment.
