Backed by the resources of H2 Health, our team is committed to helping patients achieve their goals while fostering a supportive environment where clinicians can continue to grow professionally.Your role:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Utilize scribe ai-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.Utilize the raintree emr platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
