Job Summary We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role covers service throughout Crosslake, Pequot Lakes, Brainerd, and the greater Crow Wing County area. It requires a detail-oriented individual with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to safety, quality service, and excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), and refrigeration equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC equipment and take appropriate corrective action.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including those up to 480-volt, 3-phase supply; ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Perform diagnostic and repair services on natural gas and propane systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Execute emergency repairs promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of service.
• Meet deadlines set by the company and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Read and interpret fieldwork orders accurately to perform assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.
• Display initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with dispatch software to manage job assignments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule and be available for emergency service 24/7.
