Job Overview Responsible for executing Human Resources priorities and strategies in alignment with overall organizational objectives. The HRBP II is responsible for the delivery of HR Services, including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for a designated LOB. A successful HRBP II will act as a business consultant and change agent who aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a hands‑on HR representative to management on complex Human Resource‑related issues, who assesses and anticipates HR‑related needs for the business unit and overall organization. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated and coordinated solutions with HRBPs in other business units and maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units’ financial position, strategic objectives, and culture. This is a matrix position between HR and Operations, and as such, constant communication is required between the two functional areas. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master’s preferred; coupled with a minimum of 5 years of the resolution of complex employee relations issues, including multi‑site responsibilities. Prior in‑depth experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union‑free relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws, is also required. Relevant Healthcare industry experience and a PHR or SPHR certificate are a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Compensation $102,109.51 - $127,636.90 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
