A Dassault Systèmes brand, Medidata is headquartered in New York City and has been recognized as a Leader by Everest Group and IDC.As a member of the Life Sciences Experience (LSE) Solution Consulting team your mission will be to:Embody Dassault Systèmes' core company values and principles in front of our customers.Support the Dassault Systèmes' sales team in achieving Life Sciences & Healthcare revenue objectives while ensuring customer success.Promote the values of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, with specific focus in manufacturing applicationsTogether with a team of talented solution consultants, serve as the technical authority while building and maintaining deep expertise in the Life Science & Healthcare portfolio across manufacturing and service disciplines.Incorporate complementary Dassault Systèmes' solutions to guide customers through their business transformation journey and realize maximum value.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Industry Process Consultant, you will report to the Industry Consultant Director. Your main responsibility will be to execute the Value Engagement process to understand customer business needs, articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio and propose solutions delivering maximum value.This includes:Engaging with the customers to assess their challenges and need for business transformationValidate the technical feasibility, complexity, and value of the proposed solution. Plan and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.Working with customers and Dassault Systèmes' Services or partner on a deployment roadmap.Monitor customer success throughout deployment and (re)engage as necessarySoft Skills:Technical Sales techniques (e.g. consultative selling, value-based selling)Ability to work with cross-functional and cross geography teams (in English language)Ability to deliver compelling presentations through storytellingAbility to engage at all levels of an organization, from end-users and managementAbility to manage assigned work streams and activities as part of a large engagementHard Skills:Solid experience in technology related to manufacturing planning and execution such as DELMIA, ERP systems, MOM/MES systems like Apriso, and/or supply chain planning systems like QUINTIQ or equivalent.Basic understanding of modeling and simulation topics in Solidworks, CATIA, CAMEO, Dymola, Abaqus, or SIMULIABasic understanding and experience in AI and machine-learningSolid experience in Life Sciences-based requirements under FDA or EMA regulationsFamiliarity with quality topics requiredFamiliarity with lab-based topics a plusFamiliarity with Cloud offerings (Saas, Iaas, Paas, etc.)Good understanding of product development processes and associated challenges and business driversFluency in English is requiredFamiliar with change and configuration management concepts (leading transformation)QualificationsProfessional ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' solutions (or PLM industry)Experience working with systems integrators, 3DS resellers, and/or consulting firmsExperience in customer-facing rolesExperience selling and implementing enterprise software solutions is preferredAbility to travel across Europe, North America, and potentially parts of AsiaWe will accept applications on an ongoing basis until we fill the position.Note: Please be on the lookout for job scams.
