Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable hospice organization in Richardson, Texas, that is family owned. They are committed to providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their home. Our client is offering the following benefits: Annual Salary: $60,000-$75,000 Based on Health Insurance I Pad Monthly Vehicle Stipend Company Vehicle After 90 Days PTO- 21 Days Including Holidays Retirement Package: 401(k) Match After First Year Responsibilities : Travel to SNF, Assisted Living and Home Under Direction of The RN, Assist in Identifying Patients Physical, Psycho Social and Environmental Needs.
