Registered Nurse - Critical Care

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Units
• Proficiency with CRRT, Bipaps, drawing labs independently, Chest Tubes, PICC lines
• Comfort conducting codes and responding to urgent situations
• Ability to float across ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency departments as needed
• Valid KS RN license or Compact license, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHF certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vascular access teams
• Prior experience with Epic EMR system
• Flexible and adaptable to varied unit needs and scheduling

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Active KS RN license or Compact RN license
• At least 2 years of recent critical care experience, especially in ICU settings

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as per unit needs
• Coverage for rotating shifts, including 12-hour day shifts (0700-1930)
• Commitment to the facility's nicotine-free environment
• No recent requests for time off during June 11 – July 19 (World Cup period)
