We are looking for a Construction Foreman to work in Tulsa, OK supporting our client.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Concrete Construction Foremanis responsible for leading field crews in the safe, efficient, andhigh-quality installation of concrete foundations, slabs, paving,structural concrete, and other commercial or industrial concrete projects.
• This individual plans dailyactivities, coordinates labor, equipment, and materials, and ensuresprojects are completed on schedule while meeting company quality andsafety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead concrete crewson commercial construction projects.
• Plan and organize daily workassignments to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints,specifications, and project drawings.
• Coordinate with theSuperintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, andsuppliers.
• Ensure proper site layout,elevations, grades, and formwork before concrete placement.
• Direct forming, reinforcing steelinstallation, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and strippingoperations.
• Monitor workmanship to ensurecompliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Schedule labor, equipment, andmaterials needed to complete assigned work.
• Maintain accurate daily reportsincluding manpower, production, equipment usage, and safety observations.
• Identify and resolve field issuesbefore they impact project schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop crewmembers.
• Enforce company safety policiesand OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings andjob hazard analyses.
• Ensure tools and equipment aremaintained and used properly.
• Assist with project planning andsequencing to meet production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of commercial concreteconstruction experience.
• 2+ years of experience leadingconcrete crews.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Formwork systems
• Reinforcing steel placement
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Site layout and grading
• Concrete curing procedures
• Commercial constructionpractices
• Ability to read and interpretconstruction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership andcommunication skills.
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving anddecision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Experience with tilt-wall,structural concrete, paving, or large commercial slabs
• Ability to operate constructionequipment (forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, etc.)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend,kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and carry up to50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weatherconditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to work extended hours,weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Concrete construction methods andbest practices
• Blueprint reading

Additional Information:

• This role will travel from Tulsato job sites that may be located anywhere in the United States.
• An attractive per diem is paidper day and all hotel lodging will be covered by the company.
• Qualified candidates will ideallylive in Oklahoma, Arkansas (Bentonville would be preferable) or WichitaKS.
• This customer is very motivatedto hire people immediately.
• For now, there is 1 Foremanopening but if other qualified candidates are presented it is very likelythey will be considered.
• The interview process will be ascreen with me to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications and then aninterview scheduled with the VP of Operations. If that interview issuccessful, an offer will likely be extended.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of commercial concreteconstruction experience.
• 2+ years of experience leadingconcrete crews.
• Strong knowledge of formworksystems, reinforcing steel placement, concrete placement and finishing,site layout and grading, concrete curing procedures, and commercialconstruction practices.
• Ability to read and interpretconstruction plans and specifications.
• Leadership experience supervisingfield crews.

Nice to Have:

• OSHA 30 Certification.
