Sobre el rol:
Estamos buscando un trabajador calificado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en la industria de la construcción. Como obrero, será responsable de ayudar con diversas tareas en el lugar de trabajo, que incluyen, entre otras, transportar materiales, cavar zanjas y operar maquinaria. Su objetivo principal será garantizar que el lugar de trabajo sea seguro, limpio y eficiente.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados y realizar tareas físicamente exigentes
- Experiencia trabajando en la industria de la construcción
- Conocimiento de herramientas y equipos básicos de construcción
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
Calificaciones preferidas:
- Experiencia en el manejo de maquinaria pesada
- Certificación en seguridad en la construcción
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y esquemas
- Experiencia en trabajos de hormigón
- Bilingüe en inglés y español
Responsabilidades:
- Ayudar con la preparación de los sitios de trabajo mediante la instalación de equipos y materiales
- Carga y descarga de materiales de camiones
- Operar y mantener diversas herramientas y equipos
- Realizar el mantenimiento general de equipos de construcción y vehículos
- Siga todos los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo
Habilidades:
Como obrero, utilizará su fuerza física y resistencia para realizar una variedad de tareas en el lugar de trabajo. Tendrás que prestar mucha atención a los detalles y ser capaz de seguir las instrucciones al pie de la letra. Además, deberá poder trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva con sus colegas. Su conocimiento de las herramientas y equipos básicos de construcción será esencial para su éxito en este puesto. Finalmente, su capacidad para adaptarse a situaciones cambiantes y pensar sobre la marcha será fundamental para garantizar que el lugar de trabajo funcione sin problemas y de manera eficiente.
