Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans focused on addressing each client's unique needs and goals. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies as determined by the clinical team to guide your interventions. \n
- Document all client interactions and progress in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality care. \n
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to the therapeutic needs of clients. \n
- Serve as a liaison between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment. \n
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings related to mental health practice. \n
- Contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining a proactive stance in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. \n
- Develop relationships with local and state organizations to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships or funding opportunities. \n

- Assist the Clinic Director with other duties as necessary to enhance overall clinic operations and client care. \n
