Missions Principales
Accueillir, renseigner et orienter les patients, visiteurs et intervenants ; Vrifier les autorisations d'accs et orienter les personnes vers le bon interlocuteur ; Raliser les formalits administratives lies aux admissions des patients ; Accompagner les patients dans leurs dmarches administratives tout au long de leur sjour ; Assurer diverses tches administratives lies au fonctionnement du service d'accueil ; Contribuer vhiculer une image professionnelle et bienveillante de l'tablissement.
Une bonne matrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
Conditions De Travail
Une rmunration selon la CCN51 avec reprise d'anciennet possible Temps de travail 35h00 CDI Temps plein 1 week-end sur 3 travaill Prise de poste : Ds que possible Restauration sur place Lieu de travail : Bagnoles de l'Orne De nombreux avantages en lien avec les oeuvres sociales du CSE et les accords collectifs de l'association (forfait mobilit douce, prime de fidlisation, etc)

L'Association Pierre NOAL a pour vocation de donner accs des soins et services de qualit et de proximit la population du territoire. Elle regroupe aujourd'hui 7 tablissements avec 315 salaris. Le CMPR de Bagnoles de l'Orne est un tablissement de rfrence dans le domaine de la radaptation spcialise pour les prises en soins des affections de l'appareil locomoteur, du systme nerveux et des affections de l'appareil cardiovasculaire. Le CMPR dispose de matriels innovants et d'un plateau neuf avec plusieurs espaces de simulation de lieu de vie.
