Legal Recruiting Coordinator

A growing national law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruiting efforts across multiple offices. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and creating an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate attorney interviews, candidate travel, and scheduling logistics Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders Manage candidate information within the ATS and recruiting platforms Process recruiting expenses, vendor invoices, and reporting Support lateral attorney and partner recruiting initiatives Assist with recruiting projects, communications, and department administration Qualifications 1+ years of law firm or legal recruiting experience required Experience with an ATS (ViRecruit, LawCruit, or similar) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service Bachelor's degree preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team within a respected, growing organization offering a flexible hybrid work environment and strong career development potential.
