Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical Surgical (General Surgery) position in Baton Rouge, LA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- Medical Surgical unit in an acute care hospital setting
- General Surgery patient population (B5 unit)
- Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active LA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates will not be considered for this position
- All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
- General Surgery RN experience is the focus of this role
