Construction is one of the largest industries in the U.S., but also one of the least technologically advanced. Every year, firms spend over $60B on teams creating cost estimates for bids. The process relies on tedious “takeoffs”—manually measuring and counting materials from drawings. Bobyard automates takeoffs using computer vision and NLP , making cost estimates 10× faster while reducing errors. We’re a lean startup backed by Primary, Pear, and 8VC , building the next generation of software for the built world. Position Overview Across the team, we have a 57% qualified to close rate. We’ve been scaling revenue faster than our eng & CS team can keep up. Your job is to make sure we maintain that growth trajectory. We have very ambitious goals for 2026, and all the pieces are lined up for you. Your focus is mid-market accounts. You will be expected to take ownership of the entire funnel. Everything from building pipelines, product demos, and closing. Responsibilities Own the full sales funnel: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market contractors across landscaping, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Run high-quality product demos tailored to each contractor's workflow and pain points Travel to trade shows, contractor offices, and job sites when it moves the needle Partner closely with CS to ensure a smooth handoff and set customers up for success Feed insights from the field back to product and leadership — your field insights will directly shape our product roadmap Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary ( $240K-$280K OTE ) 401K and equity options Uncapped commission 1:1 SDR pairing — you aren't building your pipeline alone Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team Build a massive company SF-based roles: full-time, in-person in San Francisco (4 days/week) Remote: Utah, Texas, Florida, Virginia, DC, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan We have a product that blows people’s minds and a massive industry eager to incorporate AI.
