Job Details Location: Super One Clinic – Crosby, MN 56441 Position Type: Full‑time (1.0FTE, 80 hours/pay period) Salary Range: $24.80 – $33.79 per hour Shift: 10‑hour varied shift Category: Every other weekend Transform lives through precise laboratory analysis. Day in the Life of a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) – Clinic Analyze blood and other body fluids to aid diagnosis and treatment. Ensure accurate and efficient testing. Maintain high standards of specimen integrity. Report results in a timely manner. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate findings into patient care. Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment. Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure reliability of every test. Perform routine maintenance and clerical responsibilities. Ideal Candidate Leadership experience in healthcare settings. Skilled in policy and procedure management. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in quality assurance initiatives. Resilience under demanding conditions. Qualifications, Education & Experience Deliver a copy of highest diploma or degree (CLIA). ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire.
