400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. is currently seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team of customer focused professionalswithin our high volume and process-driven Dealership. Purpose/Summaryof Position: Handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments Advise and promote recommended scheduled maintenance Answer customer inquiries, concerns and provide assistance where needed Input and maintain vehicle/customer information in the computer system Complete outbound reminder calls and emails to schedule appointments Identify and escalat customer concerns with the management team usingour process Required Qualifications: Our idealcandidates understand thatcustomers have a choice in where they purchase and service their vehicles, andtherefore demonstrate a commitment delivering unparalleled service to show ourcustomers real value for their hard-earned money.
