Responsibilities include: Leading residential HVAC installation crews Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers Installing and modifying ductwork System start-up, commissioning, and customer education Training and mentoring apprentice installers Maintaining clean, organized job sites Ensuring every installation meets company quality standards and local building codes Delivering a true five-star customer experience Travel is primarily throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Edinboro, Erie, Mercer, and surrounding communities. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys helping build a winning team. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Universal Certification preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently while leading a crew Excellent customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds Hydronic Experience Preferred Experience with boilers, radiant heating, and hydronic systems is highly preferred but not required. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support needed to help you become one of the area’s most versatile HVAC and hydronic professionals.
