Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Leverage our proven CRM and technology systems to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate contracts effectively to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales team to follow up on pre-set appointments and convert leads into transactions.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Real Estate License or currently enrolled in a Texas real estate licensing program.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

• Coachable and eager to learn proven systems and sales strategies.
