The Digitas culture is made up of fearless, inventive and generous Unicorns of all kinds.Responsibilities: What you'll do: As a Digital Producer, you will own end-to-end digital and social production for a high-volume, high-visibility client, ensuring work is delivered on time, on spec and aligned to brand and channel best practices—while partnering across creative, account, project management, and global studio teams. On a day-to-day basis, this role entails:Own production workflow: intake ? scoping ? resourcing ? build ? QA ? approvals ? deliveryBe the day-to-day lead connecting US creative teams with studios in South America & IndiaServe as primary production contact for agency partners; creative, account management, project management, media.Create/maintain Jira ticket workflows and track work to completion.Organize assets and versioning so work is easy to find, track, and update.Build timelines, run kickoffs/standups/reviews/status meetings, and document next stepsBook and manage studio resources; support capacity planning and prioritizationScope/estimate projects, manage budgets, track burn, and handle change requestsApply AI tools to support content productionManage stakeholder reviews/approvals; set expectations on timing, risks, and dependenciesEnsure deliverables are QA'd and on spec (formats, sizes, codecs, naming, captions/safe zones)Proactively identify risks and resolve issues with a solutions-first approachImprove processes (templates, checklists, playbooks) to increase speed and reduce reworkShare wins, best practices, and optimization opportunities; support new business as neededQualifications: We're looking for substantive, impactful work experience, which typically includes the following:A four-year degree6-9+ year's experience in digital production within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.Experience in and working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production (with an emphasis on digital)Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities.Localization/version management (markets, languages, legal lines)Familiarity with ad platform specs and trafficking requirements (Meta, YouTube, programmatic)Demonstration of leadership, confidence, and a positive attitude at all timesClient-facing skills integral to the position (relationship management)Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talentsFamiliarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generationYou are the right person if you: Demonstrated success partnering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures; Excellent written communication Possess a strong work ethic and accountability Asks questions and is proactive Positive and excited to learn Great organizational skills Doesn't shy away from a new challenge Are resourceful and self-motivated Communicate efficiently Interested in applying AI to daily workDigitas is an equal opportunity employer. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
