Environmental Svc Tech I (Days, Full-Time or Part-Time)

The Environmental Services Technician at Mercy Hospital Perry is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the healthcare facility to ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements. Position Details Full-Time / Part-Time – Day Shift Responsibilities Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic environment, following infection control standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Physical Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Prior Hospital Environmental Service experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Experience performing manual tasks. Experience working with the public, customer service oriented. Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Capability to stand, walk, grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as required.
