Shifts:

• Monday-Thursday nights: 5pm-3:30am or 6:30pm-5am
• Friday - Sunday days: 5am - 5pm; work 36 hours, get paid for 40
• Friday - Sunday nights: 5pm - 5am; work 36 hours, get paid for 40

*additional hourly shift premium for night shifts

Job Summary:

Inthis role, you'll operate as a true multi-craft technician, being responsiblefor using a variety of skills to maintain the equipment we use to machine andassemble our compressors, as well as the facilities that house them. While responding to equipment repair calls and performing total productivemaintenance are part of the day-to-day, you will also get to work on a varietyof project work, such as machine installs, facility and equipment upgrades, andother improvement projects. As a Senior Maintenance Tech, you will bedealing directly with contractors, which includes scheduling repairs, orderingparts and materials, and pricing out different resources. If you haveexperience with CNC machine tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electricalsystems, a mechanical aptitude, and a desire for continuous improvement, thismight be the role for you!

Job Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.)
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices (ISO,safety, qualify, etc.)
• Mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting and diagnosing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating, working on, or rebuildingCNC machine tools
• Experience performing alignments onmanufacturing equipment
• Prior use of precision measuring tools(micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics andladder diagrams, build books, and follow visual work instructions
• Experience working on projects and production and preventative maintenance planning
• 5+ years of experience working with 3-phasepower
• 5+ years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
