Principal Technical Program Manager, ML Accelerator Chip

Annapurna Labs is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution for a new ML accelerator chip. You will connect multiple engineering workstreams, manage critical paths, and drive cross-functional decisions to keep the program on track through RTL freeze to production readiness.
You will coordinate RTL, DV, physical design, packaging, power, and infrastructure teams, monitor convergence, and lead weekly status with leadership.
