Responsibilities:Accurately and skillfully performing audits Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balancesUtilizing time management to plan and schedule client engagementsAssembling trial balances and compiling financial statements into a written report to be presentedEffectively communicating the accuracy of financial statements and other financial information to clients and co-workersContinuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clientsTraveling to some to client sitesQualifications:Developed specialties in Affordable Housing and/or Real Estate4 year bachelor’s degree in AccountingMaster’s degree preferredLicensed CPA 7+ years of experience working for a public accounting firmEnergetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants$125,000 - $228,000 a yearThe salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
