Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs from vendors and suppliers.
• Review and update estimates based on project changes or new information.
• Maintain up-to-date records of historical cost data for future reference.
• Support the development of project budgets and schedules.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain estimates and address any questions or concerns.
