Print Production Manager

Position Overview The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is responsible for producing wide‑format specialty printing products. This role drives profitability through fast turnaround, high quality, and efficient material use. Responsibilities Lead the printing and production of client orders Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make graphics print‑ready Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters Conduct inventory and procurement The team assists with ordering; you provide a list of needed materials Provide graphic design services unless outsourced Perform smaller graphic installations Unload/unpack deliveries to the studio Conduct vehicle inspections, measurements, and site surveys Pack, label, and ship completed jobs; handle deliveries Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates and quotes Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates Hands‑on experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic/signage finishing Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or a related program Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
