What You’ll Do Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners Build trust and help customers make informed decisions Work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well-stocked truck Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets What Success Looks Like Here You accurately diagnose issues—not guess Customers understand the problem and trust your recommendations You hit performance goals while maintaining integrity Your work leads to repeat business and referrals You take ownership of your calls and your results You operate with professionalism and consistency What Makes This Role Different This is not just drain cleaning.
