Project Manager – Roofing & Siding (Experienced Only) Location: Cedar Lake, IN (Field-Based) Pay: $60,000–$65,000 Base + Performance Bonus Full-Time About Our Client: Our Client is a growing residential exterior contractor specializing in roofing, siding, and exterior restoration projects throughout Northwest Indiana and the surrounding Chicagoland area. This role is field-based and customer-facing , serving as the primary point of contact on-site while leading crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring each project is completed on time and to company standards. IMPORTANT: This role requires direct roofing and/or siding experience . Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
