What You'll Do Oversee all project phases from inception to completion Conduct detailed project reviews to confirm deliverables and estimate costs Manage onsite and offsite construction ensuring compliance with regulations Coordinate with general contractors and service providers Monitor project progress daily and prepare detailed reports Plan ahead to identify and resolve potential issues Negotiate contract terms, obtain permits, and licenses Manage risks and ensure adherence to quality standards Required Skills Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or business 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on student housing or multifamily projects Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex construction processes Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Ability to interpret construction documents and manage project budgets Nice to Have Skills Experience managing projects outside of North Carolina Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes Advanced knowledge of construction technology and project management software Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields Significant project management experience within the multifamily or student housing sectors Proven track record of successfully leading ground‑up development projects Other Requirements Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed Residency or willingness to relocate to Wilmington, NC Take the next step in your career and be part of a forward‑thinking team dedicated to innovative real‑estate development.
