About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist , you will be the primary clinical therapy provider for in‑house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and facility staff while integrating behavioral and physical healthcare. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid is beneficial but not required Skills: Excellent communication, multi‑tasking ability, and strong patient care skills Additional Requirements: NPI number (we can assist with this process) About You: You are passionate about psychotherapy and committed to serving the elderly population.
